What lease lengths do you offer?
Apex Newbury offers 6- to 20-month lease terms. Whether you’re planting roots or want a little extra flexibility before your next renewal, we have an option that fits.
How do I get started? What does the application process look like?
Getting started is simple. Here’s what to expect:
— Application Fee: $50 per applicant (non-refundable)
— One-time Administrative Fee: $250 (non-refundable)
Our leasing team can walk you through the full cost breakdown for your preferred floor plan before you apply. No surprises.
Is the community pet-friendly?
Yes, and we look forward to meeting your furry friends! Residents may have up to 2 pets per home. Here’s what to know:
— Cats & Dogs* Accepted
— Maximum of 2 Pets per Home
— One-Time, Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $300 per Pet
— Monthly Pet Rent: $40 per Pet
— Weight Limit: 75 lbs. per Pet
*Breed Restrictions Apply: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Dalmatians, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernard’s, Wolf Hybrids, and Bull Mastiffs or any mix including any of the above breeds.
Is parking included, or is it an extra cost?
Yes, unreserved surface parking is included. We also offer reserved surface parking for $35 per month, and covered garage parking for $125 per month.
Does Apex Newbury offer EV charging?
Yes. Level 2 EV charging stations are coming soon and will be available on-site for all residents.
What appliances and amenities are included in the unit?
Every home at Apex Newbury comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, premium quartz countertops, soft-close cabinetry, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and 9’ ceilings. You’ll also find a full-size in-unit washer and dryer, USB charging outlets, and high-speed Verizon Fios fiber internet ready to go from day one.
What amenities are available, such as gyms, pools, or community spaces?
You’ll have access to a heated saltwater pool, our Sky Lounge with stunning panoramic views, a fully equipped 24/7 fitness center, a Makerspace with a professional 3D printer, and TULU, an on-demand convenience store that lets you rent or shop everyday essentials without leaving the building. And that’s just scratching the surface.
What is the proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, schools, or healthcare facilities?
BJ’s Wholesale Club is approximately 2 minutes away, with Aldi and Giant Eagle also nearby. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of dining options, including Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Primanti Bros., First Watch, Raising Canes, and dozens more. For healthcare, UPMC Children’s South and UPMC GoHealth Urgent Care are minutes from your door, with St. Clair Hospital approximately 12 minutes away. Lastly, South Fayette Township schools are about 6 minutes away with a convenient school bus stop located inside the community.
Is there on-site maintenance staff for repairs?
Yes, maintenance is on-site Monday-Friday and strives for same-day responses on all service requests. We also have 24/7 emergency maintenance available.

Apex Newbury sits just off I-79 in South Fayette Township, with direct access to the region’s major employment corridors in every direction.

Do you offer any discounts for employers or community professionals?
Yes. Through our Preferred Employer and Hometown Heroes programs, eligible residents receive waived application and administrative fees plus 10% off monthly rent. Preferred employers include organizations like UPMC, Allegheny Health Network, Ansys, Dick’s Sporting Goods, PNC, U.S. Steel, FedEx, and many more across healthcare, technology, energy, finance, and logistics. Hometown Heroes including teachers, nurses, EMTs, police officers, firefighters, military personnel, and federal, city, and state employees qualify as well. Just present your professional ID at the leasing office to claim your savings.
